19th July 2008
Hi
and Welcome to Mysnapz, An unashamed showcase for my Photography
and art.
Bit
late this month,
been away enjoying the sun in Italy, back in cold old England now
watching the rain : (
This months updates are two images from a trip to Brighton, a wonderful
seaside location, somehow I seam to have captured the darker more
frightening side of the place with my images Dark
days and Wait!
5th June
2008 Just one
image this month, continuing my use of grunge textures The
Visitor uses my own Photographs and textures, once again
a Rook (keepers of secrets and mysteries) features in this image brining
that sinister fairy tail feel to it.
4th
May 2008
Two landscape images this month, both taken on a recent trip to
Norfolk where Wind pumps litter the landscape, these two examples
are a lovingly restored NT
pump and a relic of yesteryear,
both you will agree make wonderful landscape images.
2nd
April 2008 Pleased
to bring you three new images this month, all blended with a selection
of textures to create this retro grunge feel and all using my own
photographs .Thanks to Princess of Shadows for the use of her hardcore
vintage
grunge textures used on Lookout
that started this little series of pictures off and restored my
lost inspiration.

March 2008
Nice of you
to drop in. This month I have two portraits, looking for inspiration
in my archive these are from a few years ago, I have been working
on them in Photoshop to take them a little beyond the straight portraits,
take a look at Katelin
and Cat
and see what you think. Both will be available in my shop.

February 2008 Well
that has dispensed with the first month of 2008, this months images
are very different , the first is titled Between
the lines and was a part of a CD cover artwork I was
working on, the second Flight
line was taken on a recent trip to London and has been
given the all to familiar HDR tone mapped treatment, I think it has
lifted the image adding that extra detail that is often lost in the
shadows. take a look around there are plenty of other image's to see.
3rd
January 2008 Happy
new Year. Two new mono images this month, Perch
and GAP,
at the beginning of last year I was inspired by the photography of
Michael Kenna and these images are my continued exploration
of shapes and light within the picture space.
